
Clarinet
Sandon has been a clarinetist since 2003 years and received a scholarship to Rollins College based on their clarinet audition. They have had several teachers including Ciprian Stancioi, Moe Goldstein, Christine Barron, and Patrick Graham. Sandon has been a clarinetist for the Rollins Orchestra, Rollins Wind Ensemble, Rollins Jazz Ensemble, and FAU Symphony Band. They previously played Clarinet for The Orkleztra and The Miami Klezmer Band. Their clarinet sound has been noted as extremely unique and heavily influenced by klezmer music.

Baritone Saxophone
Sandon began teaching themself saxophone when they switched from clarinet to baritone saxophone in his second year of high school marching band (2010). It has remained one of their primary saxes along with his tenor sax. Sandon has played baritone sax in the Rollins Wind Ensemble, FAU Summer Concert Band, Rollins Jazz Ensemble, Phi Mu Alpha Province 13/36 Big Band, four musicals, and their own senior composition recital. Most notably, they performed with Rollins College Visiting Artists The Adams Robinson Project and recorded on the instrument for The Corey Jones Recordings track "Hard To Hear You."

Alto Saxophone
Sandon began playing alto saxophone midway through their college career (2014) as the second alto saxophonist in the Rollins Jazz Ensemble. They held that position for four semesters before transitioning to the baritone seat in their final semester. They also played alto saxophone in the Rollins Wind Ensemble, Rollins Orchestra, and the FAU Symphony Orchestra. From January to May 2019 Sandon had weekly residency as a jazz musician at Che Restaurant, where they played three hour sets every Friday night on alto and tenor saxophones.

Flute
Sandon began teaching themself flute in 2012 and later took lessons for one semester with Katie Mess. They have doubled on flute in three pit orchestra performances and on several performances during his time in the Rollins Jazz Ensemble. They were also a member of the Rollins Flute Choir for a year, where, in addition to flute, they also played alto flute, guest conducted, and composed for the ensemble.

Bass Clarinet
Sandon began playing bass clarinet at the start of high school in 2008 and ever since, it has been a large part of their musical journey. Sandon frequently studied bass clarinet repertiore in their clarinet lessons throughout his undergrad. They have performed on it in the Rollins Orchestra, Rollins Wind Ensemble, Rollins Jazz Ensemble, FAU Summer Concert Band, FAU Symphony Orchestra and in 6 different musicals. They have also been the bass clarinetist for Phi Mu Alpha's Sinfonia Winds in 2015 and 2017. Sandon played bass clarinet in Symphonic Band of the Palm Beaches for 2 seasons.

Tenor Saxophone
After first picking up the horn in 2012 and playing second tenor in the Rollins Jazz Ensemble. They have taken tenor sax lessons from Tom Deitz and Dr. Dannel Espinoza. On the tenor sax, Sandon explores a wide range of music from rock to jazz, and even early French classical solo repertiore. From January to May 2019 Sandon had weekly residency as a jazz musician at Che Restaurant, where they played three hour sets every Friday night on alto and tenor saxophones. He currently plays second tenor sax with the Dreamers Jazz Band.

Soprano Saxophone
On several occasions, Sandon has performed on soprano saxophone in the Rollins Jazz Ensemble, Rollins Wind Ensemble, and most notably in the FAU Symphony Orchestra, where they were the soprano saxophone soloist on Bernstein's Slava! and Ravel's Bolero. They have taken soprano saxophone lessons with Tom Dietz and Dr. Dannel Espinoza.

Bassoon
Sandon began studying bassoon under the tutelage of Rich Ervin in 2015, and seven months later joined the Rollins Orchestra. They played bassoon in the orchestra for the entirety of his senior year at Rollins while continuing to take lessons. Since then Sandon has played bassoon in the FAU Symphony Band and Indian River Pops Orchestra.
